What the service provides

Solar Panels New Haven provides educational solar information and an installer-matching service for homeowners. It does not install, design, inspect or maintain solar systems, provide financing, or provide professional tax, legal or engineering advice. Use of this site is subject to these terms.

Quote requests and independent partners

Submitting a quote request authorizes the sharing and contact described in the form and privacy policy. Partner companies are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Solar Panels New Haven. Any installation, equipment purchase, loan, lease or power purchase agreement is between you and the provider you choose. Review the provider's credentials and contract before agreeing.

No guarantee of quotes or outcomes

We do not guarantee a match, any number of quotes, response timing, project eligibility, program enrollment, installation, energy production or any financial outcome. Educational material is provided as available and may change. Confirm project-specific details with the relevant utility, assessor, program administrator and qualified professional.

Your use of the site

Provide accurate information and submit requests only for yourself or someone who has authorized you to act. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or send unlawful material. Reading the site does not require submitting a quote request.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Solar Panels New Haven disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or dealings with independent providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits nonwaivable consumer rights.

Governing law

Connecticut law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise. These terms do not require arbitration or waive nonwaivable rights.
